full search plz

1. full search plz... not only based on names but also on phonetic names or others.

2. I use 3 languages for my contacts. but Eng and Jap works fine but Korean doesnt work. I think this is essential. Search failing by specific languages is nonsense.

3. everything else seems fine. good design and nice UX.
